Payment Method

Thank you for choosing Israelactu. We are committed to providing you with a safe, convenient, and worry-free payment experience. To ensure transaction security and smooth completion, we currently only support PayPal.

1. Supported Payment

  • PayPal
PayPal is a globally renowned online payment platform that supports multiple currencies and provides high-standard security protection.
  • Using PayPal, you don't need to enter bank card or credit card information on the website. All transactions are encrypted through the PayPal platform, ensuring the security of your account and funds.
  • Your PayPal account must be verified with your real name and linked to a valid payment method (such as a bank card or credit card) to complete payments smoothly.

Note: If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one or link an existing one on the payment page.

2. Payment Process

1. Select Products and Place an Order
Browse the website, add your desired items to your shopping cart, and click "Checkout".

2. Select Payment Method
On the checkout page, select PayPal as your payment method.

3. Redirecting to PayPal Payment
The system will redirect you to the official PayPal payment page. You will need to log in to your PayPal account.

4. Confirm Payment Information
Verify the payment amount, currency, billing information, and shipping details to ensure accuracy.

5. Complete Payment
After clicking "Confirm Payment," the transaction is complete. PayPal will send a payment success notification, and Israelactu will also send an order confirmation email.

6. Order Status Confirmation
After payment, please log in to the Israelactu website to check the order status and confirm that the payment and processing were successful.

Important Note: During the payment process, please do not close your browser or interrupt your network connection to avoid transaction failure or duplicate payments.

3. Payment Security

  • Data Encryption: PayPal provides end-to-end encryption technology to ensure transaction information and account security.
  • Information Protection: Israelactu does not store any user's PayPal account password or payment card information.
  • Anti-Fraud Measures: To prevent fraudulent transactions, please always complete payments through the official website or official payment portal, and avoid paying through third-party links or emails.
  • Account Protection: We recommend setting a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication, and regularly checking your account activity logs.

4. Payment Issues

If you encounter payment failures, abnormal deductions, or duplicate payments, please follow these steps:

1. Check Account Information
Confirm that your PayPal account balance is sufficient and that your linked bank or credit card is in good standing.

2. Contact PayPal Support
Check your payment records or resolve account issues through official channels.

3. Contact Israelactu Support
If PayPal confirms the transaction is correct but the order is still not completed, please send the following information to israelactu@hotmail.com:

4. Customer Service Processing
We will verify the transaction within 1–3 business days and assist you with completing the payment or refund process.

Reminder: During any payment issue processing, please retain transaction receipts for quick resolution.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be returned to the user's PayPal account.
  • Fund arrival time may vary depending on the payment platform or the bank's processing time (typically 3–15 business days).
  • The refund policy is subject to Israelactu's **Return Policy**. Please see the Return Policy page for details.

6. Currency & Fees

  • You can choose the supported payment currencies. The system defaults to settling based on the PayPal exchange rate.
  • Using PayPal for payments may incur currency conversion or cross-border payment fees, which the user is responsible for.
  • We recommend that users review PayPal's official fee information before making a payment.
